Economic growth is driven by innovation and technological improvements. In everything we do, we strive for sustainable relationships and helping our society and our customers to drive innovation and efficiency. This to have a positive impact on people’s lives and to help our customers reduce production costs and enable a higher output.
PROPHESY’s vision is to act as a catalyst for the wider deployment and uptake of next generation, optimal, adaptive and self-configurable PdM services. Several challenges and new age trends in Industrie 4.0 and PdM Adoption increase the necessity of a viable route to market for a novel PdM platform, which will enable end-to-end development, deployment and operationalization of adaptive self-configurable PdM services.

The PI-AI project aims to create a so-called 4.0 platform for industry. Based on a scalable and modular structure, this platform aims to pool solutions and skills to meet the common needs of a consortium of companies. It is a complete and robust product adapted to the needs of the target sector. This project, PI-AI, will also generate significant economic benefits (jobs, sustainable development) for our partners and for Wallonia.
Contribution UE: 197.520 €

Performance for Assets has developed a unique hybrid model that combines Online Monitoring with Physical Models and Historic Data. The hybrid model improves machine behavior knowledge, increases model robustness and identifies causes more precisely.
The consortium of Tractebel, I-Care and Lepage is proud to announce the launch of a pilot project of mini pumped hydro storage (PEPS) in Wallonia. Pumped Electricity Plant Solution (PEPS) is an innovative modular concept, easily reproducible, piloted and monitored remotely in a 4.0 approach of operations and maintenance. This pilot project is co-financed by the Walloon region and the ERDF fund (European Regional Development Fund) via the COOPILOT program.
The increased renewable energy sources (RES) penetration and their intermittent energy production have led to the emerging need for energy storage technologies. The purpose of these energy storages is either to balance production with demand or to ensure grid stability.
PEPS is an innovative modular concept, easily reproducible, piloted and monitored remotely in a 4.0 approach of operations and maintenance. A sustainable alternative to battery energy storage.
